About:
Jessica Jane has acne, due to this her confidence has suffered greatly and she's not sure what to do with herself. Her life has been stagnant ever since leaving school and the days have started to blur together. All seems hopeless, the day goes on like any other, until... somebody unexpected gives her a call. Could this be the wake up call she needs?
This game is inspired by my own experiences suffering with acne, I notice that there are a lack of stories discussing acne and I wanted to try and fill that void. I wanted to make a game that I would love to have played when I was younger and when my acne was at it's worst.

Install instructions
To play the game, right click on the zipped folder and press "extract all" this will make a new folder with the same name as the zipped folder. The application file should be in there.

just finished it and gosh it hit deep. I sadly relate a lot to jess some parts were hard to read but in a good way. This game is good and it's story is nice to read because it makes me feel less alone. Also Rena is a sweetie.

Jessica Jane Has Acne is a short and sweet story showing how insecurities shouldn't stop us from achieving our goals, nor should they prevent us from keeping in touch with friends.
Regardless of what and how our faults and flaws are and how obvious they are, talking about them to those you can trust can strengthen relationships. There's multiple messages to gain from this experience and this was the one that personally struck out.
Lovely story, visuals and designs that are appealing to the eye, Jessica Jane Has Acne is worth your time.

My current life story told in one short graphic novel! Even if you don't struggle with acne insecurities, you will still find Jessica very relatable. If you're also a struggling young adult, you may need to play this game as a sign that you're not alone! It touched my heart so deeply I cried. Every relatable line will hit you like daggers. Great character designs and story telling.
